Shannon’s eye for design, expertise of current trends, and great knowledge of what homeowners want to see has driven her passion for creating beautifully styled homes. She delivers clean, elegant and modern design for Styled To Sold homes, and has a strong history of helping the homes sell quickly and over asking price. Using only their owned inventory, Styled To Sold furniture, lighting and décor items are always clean and well-cared for.
As a working mom, Shannon understands the experience of selling a home while raising a family, and she takes care to make the staging process easy, fast and non-disruptive for sellers and their agents. She and her team work carefully, always respecting the home and neighborhood while the staging work is being done, and just as carefully un-stages when the need is over.
Shannon is a Bay Area native, an Accredited Staging Professional, Real Estate Agent and holds a Masters Degree in Business. She lives in beautiful Petaluma, Sonoma County, with her husband Mark and two beautiful daughters Saphie and Abigail. When not selling and staging homes, Shannon spends time with her family, volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader, participates on the board of the WISE Foundation for the Waugh School District, and does pro bono event work (including chaired fundraising events for American Cancer Society, Rebuilding Together, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County, and the Junior League of Napa & Sonoma Counties).
